The World Petroleum Congress is held once every three years around the world. In 2014, the congress took place in Russia, where the Skolkovo stand elicited considerable interest among visitors. Three years ago, the congress was attended by 6,000 delegates, 500 heads of the world's leading oil and gas companies, 50 ministers and about 30,000 other visitors. This year, the event is taking place in Istanbul.
