Vitalik Buterin is a programmer, writer, developer and co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain platform. He was included in Fortune magazine's 40 Under 40 list in 2016, and won a World Technology Award in 2014. Ethereum was the second crowdfunded project in history to raise more than $20 million within the first two weeks of the campaign's launch. Since Ethereum's founding in 2015, Microsoft and more than 40 major international banks have become its partners.

In May 2016, with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation, Buterin first presented Ethereum to Russian developers at the Ethereum Russia event at Skolkovo's Hypercube. The event was a jumping-off point for the development of projects and an Ethereum community in Russia. Since then, the crytoindustry has changed significantly, with the soaring growth in capitalisation of the cryptoeconomy, explosion of new projects and ICOs, new regulations and other developments. Together with Ethereum's visionary Vitalik, we will analyse what's going on and take a peek into the future.
