Participants in the sessions of the forum are leaders in charge of completion of federal modernization programmes, representatives of development institutions and state corporations carrying out innovation projects, leading experts, scientists and businessmen. Forum participant will discuss strategic initiatives which will define socio-economic development of Russia and the regions in the next electoral and investment cycles.
