In 2013–2015, Vladimir Bakhov was the mastermind and leader of project teams that developed and deployed a solution for targeted campaign management and real-time targeted marketing at VimpelCom Ltd. The project involved best practices in big data management, development of unique algorithms of real-time trend control group selection, use of distributed high availability storage of big data in the memory and grid computing.
