Alexey Ivanov, head of the Legal Policy and Social Development department of the Skolkovo Foundation participated in the Second All-Russian Development Institutions Forum. This quite important for development of innovations in regions of Russia event took place in the city of Yekaterinburg, on April 3-4, 2014.
In a brief telephone interview from the site Alexey, who made a report at the plenary session of the forum, told the Sk.ru correspondent about importance of the Skolkovo Foundation experience for regional development institutions:
At the Forum, Alexey said, I asked our colleagues from the regions of Russia and from other development institutions to take a closer look and study more attentively our experience of development of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. As it was one of the pioneering projects to create an institution of innovative development in Russia, which have accumulated both positive and certain negative experience. And we offer colleagues from the regions, where local development organizations are being actively created, to study our vast experience. It’s important, first of all, to help them avoid so called “problem zones”. Now we can see certain enthusiasm in regions, all sorts of development institutions, including development corporations, appear, and with special legal regimes.
