On July 29th, 2010 the application process for the designers selection in a closed town planning tender has started. The goal of the selected designers is to develop the town planning concept of the Novoivanovskoye town settlement, Odintsovo municipal district of Moscow region, at the territory of which Skolkovo innovation center will be located.
The development of a town planning concept will be carried out through the participation in a closed tender of 3-5 leading designers, who already posses experience of town planning development of leading world projects. We invite interested candidates to participate in the closed town planning development tender.
The bidders shall submit their bids electronically on or before August 12th, 2010.

As Viktor Vekselberg pointed out to the journalists, the final selection of the best candidates will be completed in August and the final concept will be selected before the end of the year. In addition to this Mr. Vekselberg said that the selection process will be as transparent as possible.
