The management of the Fund for Development of the Center for Elaboration and Commercialization of New Technologies has reviewed the bids submitted by participants of the qualification procedure (Exhibit No. 1) to select Designers for the Development of the Town Planning Concept of the proposed Skolkovo Innovation Center Site and has selected the following companies on the basis of the qualification criteria (Exhibit No. 2):

2) Perkins Eastman Architects International, PLLC;
3) Foster+Partners Limited / GUP "NliPI Genplana Moskvy";
4) Ove ARUP and Partners International Limited;
5) AREP ville;
6) RMJM Scotland Limited;
7) WS ATKINS International Ltd. ("WSAIL");
8) Haskoning Nederland b.v. / Mecanoo architecten
9) OMA;
10) JURONG Consultants Pte Ltd.
Five ultimate winning Designers will be selected from the short list of the above ten companies at the meeting of the Urban Environment Development Council of the Skolkovo Innovation Center to be held from September 15 to September 20, 2010.
The Designers' assignment will include development of the original town planning concept of the Proposed Skolkovo Innovation Center site.
The bids were submitted electronically at the web-site www.i-Gorod.com from July 29 to August 12, 2010.
