The “Foundation for the Development of the Center of Development and Commercialization of High Technologies”(Skolkovo Foundation) summarized the results of Qualification procedure to select Designers that applied to participate in the closed tender for the Skolkovo Town Planning Concept development.
According to the results of the conference and expert appraisal of the Skolkovo’s Council on the Establishment and Development of the Urban Environment, contracts for the development of the Skolkovo InnoCenter Town Planning Concept will be signed with the following companies:
AREP ville;
JURONG Consultants Pte Ltd;
Ove ARUP and Partners International, PLLC ;
Perkins Eastman Architects International, PLLC;
SWECO INTERNATIONAL AB/SWECO Architects AB.
Along with that Skolkovo Foundation decided to hold an additional closed competition to develop a Concept Design among the five remaining companies, which include:
Fosters+Partners Limited/GUP ‘NIiPI Genplana Moskvy’;
Haskoning Nederland b.v./Mecanoo architecten;
OMA;
RMJM Scotland Limited;
WS ATKINS International Ltd. (‘WSAIL’).
Based on Concept Designs received from participants of the closed tender, one of five companies of the second group will be admitted to develop the Skolkovo Innovation Centre Town Planning Concept.
