The construction of the “Renova Lab” has started at the Skolkovo innovative centre, and the Renova Group is investing 2 billion rubles in the project.

The centre will consist of several three storied and five storied buildings where over 600 people will work by 2015.

The laboratories in the centre will be divided into three technological zones, mechanical engineering, microelectronics and biotechnology.

The ambitious Skolkovo project was launched in the autumn of 2010. It has set the task of creating an innovative complex where economic preferences will be given to companies working in strategic sectors to modernize the Russian economy.
