Skolkovo Signed Memorandums of Understanding with Indian Organizations APEITA, Invest India and ICIB
Skolkovo Innovation Center signed several memorandums of understanding with Indian organizations to further enhance long-term cooperation between Skolkovo and Indian counterparts, promote technological transfer, and support startups in developing high-tech products and finding potential partners on the local market.
On the 15th of November Skolkovo signed memorandums of understanding with IT E&C Department Government of Andhra Pradesh (APEITA), Indian Chamber of International Business (ICIB) and The National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency Invest India. The event was supported by The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), The Russian Embassy in India and The Russian Trade Representation Office in India.
Yuri Saprykin, Vice President of the Skolkovo Foundation for Regional and International Development: “India is one of the largest financial and trade hubs in the world, a point of entry to other Asian markets. APEITA, ICIB and Invest India are important partners for us in the development of the international technology and business community. The signing of memorandums of understanding with them is a significant event that will allow Russian startups, participants of Skolkovo to establish cooperation with Indian counterparts and promote their products to local market.”

On the 17th of November Skolkovo took part in Bengaluru Tech Summit. Now it arranges an event with a key guest, The National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM). The two parties discuss future cooperation which aims at enabling innovation projects between businesses, academia and research centers, startups, and state corporations of the two countries. Skolkovo delegation is also participating in B2B-events where Russian technological companies, Skolkovo residents present their products to potential partners and clients.
