The global discussion platform—Open Innovations Forum—is dedicated to emerging technologies and furthering innovation prospects and collaboration worldwide.
Open Innovations Forum is organized by leading Russian development institutions and the Government of Moscow, with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. This event unites representatives of business, policy, science and education to gain a holistic perspective, exchange ideas and to grasp today’s critical global innovation trends.

Today, all across the world we are witnessing a complete technological reorganization of the global economy—a direct result of the rapid development of innovative processes. And we must move even further forward in this direction! The Open Innovations Forum, which is being held now for the second time, has already established itself as the perfect platform for discussion in the sphere of innovation, and we′re determined to refine it and bring together even more participants from various countries. This year, we′ve invited our partners from the G20 and BRICS countries for active participation. The Forum aims to continue to familiarize representatives of business, government, the scientific community and global and Russian society with the results of development of state-of-the-art technology and trends. Russia is ready and willing to do everything necessary so that those who possess money and those who possess innovative ideas can unite to work together for the creation and realization of new projects. I am certain that we have all the resources required for this, and more importantly—a strong desire to work seriously and actively in this sphere.
