At the Skolkovo Foundation Council meeting held on September 27, 2013 resolutions were passed regarding the new composition of the Skolkovo Foundation Council and the Skolkovo Foundation Board.

Admission of three new members into the Skolkovo Foundation Council has been approved: Deputy Minister of Finance Andrei Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Oleg Fomichev and Deputy Minister of Education and Science Alexander Povalko.
In addition to that, the new composition of the Skolkovo Foundation Board was approved, chaired by Andrei Burenin. The Skolkovo Foundation Board now includes the following people: Vasily Belov, Igor Drozdov, Vladimir Kolesnikov, Alexander Chernov, Viktor Maslakov and Sergey Osipov.
Viktor Vekselberg retains his position as the project supervisor and co-chair of the Skolkovo Foundation Council, member of the Skolkovo Board Alexander Chernov told sk.ru.
The involvement of the Skolkovo Foundation Council itself into the project strategic development is expected to become more effective and comprehensive. As for the Board, its primary objectives will be routine operation and business activitiessaid Chernov.
