The government of the Russian Federation approved the criteria for large foreign companies working is Skolkovo, whose employees can get recommendation from the Ministry of Economic Development for the issue of five-year business visas. The corresponding act was signed by the Russian Prime-Minister Dmitry Medvedev on 28 October.
The act defines the companies, whose employees or representatives can ask for recommendation of the Ministry of Econic Development to the Russian diplomatic representations. It is specified that according to the criteria for defining a company as large it should have income from from selling goods or services for the last financial year not less than 30 billion roubles or the net income for this period should be not less than 6 billion roubles. Moreover, the company should invest on the territory of Russia in the objects of civil rights at least 90 million roubles.
