Total Dictation, an international event, returned to the Skolkovo Innovation Center for the third time this year. This year’s dictation was read by Chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation Arkady Dvorkovich.
He dictated a piece, composed specially for the event by writer, literary scholar and critic Pavel Basinsky.
