Leading Russian and foreign public relations professionals will gather in Moscow on December 15-16 to discuss the latest trends in the industry and aspects of Russian brands’ promotion on international markets and will form a mutual action program for 2012-2013. The debate will unfold within the framework of the XV International Festival "Days of PR in Moscow - 2011" organized by MGIMO, with the participation of the Skolkovo Foundation.
Key topics of public debates: "The crisis of government propaganda in Russia," "Will Russia believe in innovation?", "Design of new needs - a mutual action program of Russian development institutions."
Participants will discuss how to meet the demand for new technologies, what "bigger" projects Russia will use to surprise the world in the near future. Particular attention will be given to approval of plans of the leading Russian brands in global markets and the formation of a mutual action program of the Russian development institutions to promote innovation and invention in 2012-2013
The event will be opened by the plenary session of the "Strategy 20 +. What is it? " marking the 20th anniversary of the Russian Association of Public Relations (RPRA). The panelists will be president of the International Association GRYAA Richard Linning, the chairman and board member Gerard Ryaba Corbett, chairman of State Duma Committee for Culture, Vladimir Medina, Director, International Institute for Political Expertise Yevgeny Minchenko, vice president of the Skolkovo Stanislav Naumov, as well as leaders of the project "E-car", "Smeshariki" and other industry professionals. After the plenary session several round table discussions will take place organized by the Skolkovo Foundation, and other activities.
The second day of the festival will begin with a round table discussion "Promotion of innovative products," the moderator is the director of the Skolkovo External Communications and Advertising, Alexander Chernov. Participants will discuss such issues as features of the presentation of innovative products for a wide audience, promoting start-ups and social projects. During this event all implicated organizations and development institutions will form a mutual action program of РR-activities for the next year. Forum participants during the day will visit a number of other round tables and a master class, "Innovation inquiry", organized by the Skolkovo Foundation, which will be held by the Director of Development of the Skolkovo Technopark, Maxim Kiselev, and his colleagues in the Skolkovo Foundation’s РR and GR units.
