The Open Innovations international forum was held in Moscow on October 31 – November 3. More than 5,000 guests, 700 speakers from 30 countries, hundreds hours of video presentations from 15 conference halls, tens of presentations and reports: for the first time in Russia representatives of all Russian development institutions and unprecedented number of international experts met each other at one meeting point.
