The Skolkovo Foundation brings 50 companies to Slush - the biggest tech show in Norther Europe, gathering entrepreneurs, top-tier investors and executives of major corporations. Slush will take place on November 30 - December 1st in Helsinki, Finland.
Four companies from Skolkovo will take part in the Slush 100 pitch contest– Marvelmind Robotics (winner of Slush Shanghai 2016), Aeroxo, Navigine and TAU Tracker. The companies will compete for the first prize of €650,000. Skolkovo’s startups are traditionally the ones to watch for at the pitch contest at Slush with Wayray and Astro Digital becoming the runner-ups for winning the contest in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
Most of Skolkovo companies showcasing at Slush have international operations with several examples of pilot and fulfilled projects for banks, aviation, green energy, robotics and other sectors.
The key experts from Skolkovo team at Slush include Igor Drozdov, Chairman of the Board; Vasily Belov, Senior VP for Innovations; and Pekka Viljakainen, Advisor to the President of the Skolkovo Foundation.

Fibrum is a VR-platform designed to involve a user into virtual reality. It combines Fibrum Community, VR apps and Access Codes. By now Fibrum apps have been downloaded more than 12 million times with monthly organic installations of Fibrum mobile VR applications reaching 1 million.

CINEMOOD
CINEMOOD’s Storyteller V2 is the first cloud-connected mini-projector for families that displays immersive content onto any surface, creating magical, cinematic moments that families can enjoy together.
WiseSoil
WiseSoil biomass pretreatment module can be installed as add-on on any organic waste recycling plant (i.e., biogas plant, wastewater treatment plant, biorefinery etc.) and improves both: renewable energy yield and plant throughput for only 1 - 5% of total plant cost. WiseSoil allows processing of previously unrecyclable materials (straw, fibrous biomass etc).
Zooprotein
Zooprotein is developing a technology of organic waste recycling to protein feeds with the help of fly larvae. Insect proteins are replacing traditional protein sources such as fish meal and soya meal in animals' diets. Full scale insect proteins production will lead to the increased production of food for Human at lower price and preserves 4 bln people from starvation.
Marvelmind Robotics
Marvelmind Robotics makes high-precision navigation technology for use inside buildings that can be used by autonomous robots and copters or in virtual reality, for example. The technology is accurate to within two centimetres.
Group-IB
