Science centers are extremely interested in attracting highly qualified specialists from abroad, that is why migration rules should be eased down for them, the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said during a meeting with the head of the Federal Migration Service, Konstantin Romodanovsky, on Friday.

After a new migration law comes into force on 1st July, specialists from abroad will be able to arrive in Russia without undergoing complicated procedures, besides, some quotas will also be removed.
