Architectural bureaus are invited to submit their bids to participate in the qualification procedure for the development of the concept and sketch design of the Urban Development Center Building for the Skolkovo Innovation Center from September 06, 2010.
The architectural bureau will develop the concept and sketch design of the multi-purpose Urban Development Center Building for the Skolkovo Innovation Center necessary to perform the design and construction of the building.
To participate in the qualification procedure the applicants must submit their bids in the electronic form by sending them toidea@i-gorod.com on or before September 15, 2010.
