Intersoft Eurasia JSC, a Skolkovo resident and operator of the DO-PA project, and U.S. company Predicus have signed a long-term strategic partnership agreement.

The DO-RA is a portable peripheral measurement device for smartphones, tablet PCs and laptops that functions as a dosimeter-radiometer.  The device runs in tandem with a set of mobile applications developed by the company and titled DO-RA.Soft, available in 22 most popular languages and as free downloads for a multitude of platforms.

As of 2012, the market value of the exclusive rights to the DO-RA intangible assets was more than $200 million, according to a method for evaluating intangible assets consisting of patent rights, inventions and prototypes developed by Deloitte & Touch specifically for state corporation RUSNANO.

Predicus is a strategic management consulting company serving the technology, resource, power and environmental sectors globally.

Under the agreement, concluded for 10 year, Predicus will assist Intersoft Eurasia in assessing, developing and implementing strategies for the DO-RA project commercialization, marketing and positioning in the markets of North and South America, South East Asia, Australia and Europe. By utilizing its extensive corporate connections, Predicus can offer the most effective strategies for promoting the DO-RA project in different markets with the goal of maximizing the market potential of the Russian innovative technologies created in collaboration with the Skolkovo Technopark.

The signing of the agreement was made possible thanks to the Skolkovo Foundation and its "Investor networking event and pitch session", the meetings between the Skolkovo residents and potential investors organized by the foundation, during which the representatives of Predicus spotted the potential of the promising DO-RA project.

As explained by Vladimir Elin, Ph.D., the head of the DO-RA project,

"We have been chasing this contract for several months, starting from the first meeting with Predicus and until today's signing ceremony. This is a momentous event for our project, which demonstrates the growing interest of foreign investors in Russian innovations and inventors. We are optimistic about the future, and hope that our example will inspire other Russian inventors."

“Predicus is very proud to support Intersoft Eurasia.  We are certain that the Do-Ra will have significant interest throughout the world.  We are also very pleased to be of assistance to the Skolkovo Foundation and its mission”, said James Voss, Managing Partner of Predicus.
