At the Russian StartUp Tour road show of innovative projects, which took place yesterday in Naberezhnye Chelny, five projects from Tatarstan were selected to advance to the federal level, the press service of the Kazan Federal University said.

Among them was PARTIZAN - info (project creator - Igor Lekontsev), a hardware and software system that enables businesses to develop new ways to search for clients and to sell products and services while avoiding the additional costs of promotion and advertising on mobile applications, Sensomed (by Andrei Vereshchagin ), a device for monitoring exhaled breath for health indicators 24 hours a day, allowing for the identification of respiratory failure at an early stage, Acodemy (Project Manager - Nicholas Nikulin), a cloud platform for teaching programming, professional user testing and distance learning, Air Mobile System for Observing Objects (project creators - Andrey Popov and Dmitry Serebrenikov), and Univer TekhnoBitum (project by Ruslana Kemalova), a project for the development of unique additives and modifiers that can be used to produce fuel according to Euro-5 standards.

In the near future the teams of these projects will participate in national competitions such as Seliger, the Zvorykin Award, the Business Innovation competition, the International Innovation Festival at Skolkovo’s innovation city StartUp Village and others.

The Russian StartUp Tour in Chelny was the first event in a tour of 15 cities of Russia that will take place from March to April 2013 and will end in Kaliningrad. As part of the meeting of experts there will be Russian development institutes, high-tech companies, venture investors with young creators of innovative projects and representatives of start-up companies.

The project is organized by the Skolkovo Foundation, the Zvorykinsky project, the Russian Venture Company, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and other major experts on innovation.
