The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB) has prepared a number of projects to offer for implementation to the Russian Foundation Skolkovo, BelTA learnt from Chairman of the NASB Presidium Anatoly Rusetsky who is attending today’s conference, Russia-Belarus-Skolkovo: Single Innovation Space, in Minsk. 

The projects will be presented during Skolkovo’s onsite meeting. The projects cover various areas including physics and biomedicine. “We have projects for all five clusters that make part of the foundation,” Anatoly Rusetsky stressed. In his words, participation of Belarusian scientists in the activity of the fund will promote scientific and research cooperation between Belarus and Russia.

Anatoly Rusetsky noted that the arrival of globally renowned scientists to Belarus gives a chance to demonstrate the potential of the Belarusian science, show them national scientific institutions and prove that their research efforts are in demand in the country. Anatoly Rusetsky named space technologies among the most developed areas in Belarus.
