Estelle Winters is joined by the Advisor to the President of Skolkovo of the Skolkovo Foundation Pekka Viljakainen. Despite the cold for many months of the year in this part of  Russia, there’s still like before much talent to be found in Siberia. Pekka Viljakainen intends to ‘bulldoze’ his way through during the ‘start up road show’.
