Center of competence for the implementation of the federal project "Norms for the regulation of the digital environment"

On December 27, 2018, as part of the meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission chaired by M. A. Akimov, the Action Plan of the federal project "Normative regulation of the digital environment" was approved.

Become an expert

The Competence Center for the Normative Regulation of the Digital Economy engages experts and research teams, consultants and developers of draft regulations needed to develop and examine draft regulations of the digital economy.

We invite you to participate in the expert work as part of the Competence Center, such as in:

  • Thematic workgroups;

  • Preparing and justifying existing legal barriers to the development of the digital economy;

  • Preparing proposals for terms of reference for developing regulations in the areas of work of thematic workgroups;

  • Preparing proposals for adjustments and amendments to the developed draft regulations.

Interaction mechanisms

  • The attraction of contractors for the Plans' activities is carried out on a competitive and paid basis.

  • The attraction of Plan activities contractors who are interested in the independent development of regulations on their own initiative;

  • Participation in the work of the Competence Center as experts.
